I don't know what words to use to describe this journal. After 11 months of time, I finally gave up. Round after round of major revisions, endless. Finally, after 4 rounds of major revisions, with 6 reviewers, 5 agreed to accept it, and 1 was still under review, I decided to withdraw the paper.
