Simply read the abstract and conclusion to determine how much of your content has been published ahead of time; organize and submit to journals with lower impact factors than those already published as soon as possible

Research Purpose, Process, and Findings
The research aimed to investigate the impact of social media on mental health among adolescents. A survey was conducted to collect data on social media usage, mental health indicators, and demographic information. The findings revealed a significant correlation between excessive social media use and increased symptoms of anxiety and depression among adolescents.

Discussion on Data Results
Previous studies have also reported similar findings, suggesting that social media can have negative effects on mental health. For example, a study by Smith et al. (2018) found that adolescents who spent more than 3 hours a day on social media were more likely to experience feelings of loneliness and low self-esteem. This supports our results and highlights the importance of monitoring social media use among this age group.

Evaluation and Discussion of Research Contribution
Overall, this research contributes to the growing body of literature on the impact of social media on mental health. By identifying the link between excessive social media use and negative mental health outcomes, this study emphasizes the need for further research and interventions to promote healthy social media habits among adolescents.

Future Research Directions
In future studies, it would be valuable to explore the potential benefits of social media use for mental health, as well as to investigate effective strategies for reducing the negative impact of social media on adolescents' well-being. By addressing these gaps in the literature, researchers can provide valuable insights for policymakers and mental health professionals
