Submitted on August 11th, rejected on September 22nd, with only one reviewer who found my method interesting. Four suggestions were given, with the first one asking me to cite 4 papers and the remaining three inquiring about experimental details. The editor then informed me, "You can see that the reviewer does not recommend publishing your article." I give up, what a trashy journal

I submitted an article before and got a quick response after the first review. It was accepted quickly. I submitted another article on 8/13, and it was "under review" on the same day. Then on 8/20, it changed to "Under Review." Since then, there have been no changes in the date or status.
