It took quite a long time. When the paper was submitted, it was ranked as a top journal in the Chinese Academy of Sciences zone two, but when it was accepted, it was downgraded to zone three. The journal can be open access (with a fee of around 4k $) or not (free). The result was given during the Lunar New Year, marking a milestone in the work
