In the ScholarOne system, a capital R in "review" indicates an external review, while a lowercase r indicates an internal review. Before receiving a decision, there will be about 1 day of Evaluating Recommendation to assess the feedback provided by reviewers. The previous message did not mention Evaluating Recommendation. In Wiley's own system, there is no distinction between internal and external reviews, only stating that the submission is "under review." However, the submission experience in Wiley's own system is very user-friendly. There is no official template, so authors are free to format their submission using their own templates
