Hello, OP. I am in the same situation. It has been a month and a half since wja. I received a template reply after sending an email, saying "peer review without problem." I want to know what this means. Does it mean that the manuscript has already been sent for external review, but the system has not been updated yet? Thank you.

Therefore, the reputation of this journal in the technical HCI community is average, and it is even referred to as 'a third-tier journal' by a well-known technical scholar in HCI. So, if you are a friend who wants to focus more on HCI in computer science in the future, be cautious about submitting to this journal. However, friends who are more inclined towards design & art or social computing can give it a try (the acceptance rate is very high).
