International Journal of Food Engineering is devoted to engineering disciplines related to processing foods. The areas of interest include heat, mass transfer and fluid flow in food processing; food microstructure development and characterization; application of artificial intelligence in food engineering research and in industry; food biotechnology; and mathematical modeling and software development for food processing purposes. Authors and editors come from top engineering programs around the world: the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Western Europe, but also South America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

is faster, it may be just right, just in line with the editing needs.The journal uses electronic journals as the main form of publication, so the typesetting is also relatively simple.It is a publication that has just been included in SCI, a quarterly journal, 5-6 issues a year, and the publication is relatively slow.IF:0.388

Half a year of review. I waited for another 3 months after submitting response letter and couldn’t wait any longer. I have been benefiting from the review of the journals on this site, so I hope my comments help others.
