The manuscript was submitted in October 2018, it has been one year and two months so far, it is always under external review. I asked in October 2019, and told the deadline was mid-October and the result would be given. It is November now, but there was no news. During the period, I asked countless times, but the email was not replied once. They all pretended to be dead. I had no choice but to request to withdraw the manuscript. There was also no response. Damn it! I really suspect that such a junk and irresponsible journal has not been kicked out of the SCI!
