Journal editors do not place much importance on journal work, and it is very common for articles to be in "Awaiting Admin Processing" status for two months. Unless you are very confident in your own article, there is a good chance it will be accepted for publication once submitted. Otherwise, submitting to this journal will likely take up at least half a year of your time, so be prepared mentally before submitting!
