I submitted twice, the first time they recommended a journal called Remote Sensing Applications: Society and Environment, I submitted my first article to this journal, and I thought it was fine. But I don't know if this journal thought I was an easy target the second time, I submitted my second article with big names and even funding from the National Natural Science Foundation, but they still rejected me and asked me to submit an article on surveying to a new journal.
