Hello, does this journal start peer review only after receiving reviewer scores? It changed to "under review" after 20 days and then turned into "awaiting reviewer scores" after another month and a half.

It took about three months for the first review, and a major revision was required. There were three reviewers, who had quite good opinions, some of which were aimed at the meaning of work. After three months of revision, it was resubmitted and one month later, a minor revision was required, then it was accepted one month later. Although it is a Q3 journal, CCF is still recognized in the field.
