Submitting an article is quite troublesome, so I suggest preparing a good cover letter.
The editing process was quite fast, but my article, which focused on disaster risk management, was rejected after 5 days with the reason being "insufficient knowledge of geomorphology".
I have a positive impression of this journal, perhaps because the editor kindly mentioned "even though the article is interesting and well written," and it didn't take up too much of my time.
