The quarterly journal, published in the United Kingdom, is the official journal of the European Union and publishes nearly 40 papers in each issue. The publication period is long, published in January, July, October and October. Mainly focuses on food processing, food basic disciplines, and the preparation of medicinal foods. The application of biochemical knowledge such as microbiology, enzyme preparation application and membrane separation technology in food science. I have reviewed 4 manuscripts for the journal and today I accept a manuscript from outside the country. Most of the manuscripts that I reviewed have been accepted and eventually published.
