The speed is too slow. The submission in March has been under review for over four months. I have urged for feedback once during this period, and was told that there was no reviewer available. I received feedback in mid-July, and worked overtime for a week to make revisions before resubmitting. It was under review for another month, and then accepted after I supplemented an author's rights statement. The whole process from submission to acceptance took a total of six and a half months.
