The peer review process of the journal is very professional, with all questions hitting the key points. The reviewers are also very careful and professional. After careful revisions, our paper was finally accepted. The editors of the journal are also very nice- when we found out we didn't have enough time for experiments, they extended the deadline for us. Publishing an article in this journal is also considered to be of good quality

Neuroscience is an old and rigorous journal with relatively high acceptance. Two major revisions were made, with very few additional experiments; one minor revision was made; and after two minor revisions focusing on one point, the story finally came full circle, luckily, and was eventually accepted. The master's stage ended smoothly with 7 (joint) first author papers, celebrating and commemorating the completion.

It seems that the review process is quite quick in other experience posts (within 3 months), but I don't know why mine took longer (5 months), with detailed timeline as follows:
