Currently, most researchers, when promoting their work, list it alongside NC, SA, JACS/ANGEW/PRL, or shortly after. The genes of CRPS are better than Advanced Science, but inferior to NC/SA. Cell, which is on par with Nature/Science, and its original major sub-journals do not publish articles in the materials science field, so they cannot directly transfer articles to CRPS like the Nature/Science series to ensure the quantity and quality of CRPS submissions. The later-established material-related new journals by Cell, such as Joule, Chem, and Matter, aim to be major sub-journals of Nature, also known as Cell major sub-journals, can transfer articles to CRPS. However, for these Cell major sub-journals to reach or approach the level of Nature major sub-journals, it will take time. These factors also mean that it will take some time for CRPS to reach the level of NC. Fortunately, CRPS has the platform of Cell, allowing it to team up with Joule, Chem, Matter, and other material-related journals. As long as Joule, Chem, Matter, and other related journals develop to a level higher than a certain point of NC, and the impact factor of CRPS is greater than 10, then CRPS has successfully achieved its goals(78) 讚! | 平步青云 |

Some articles come from rejection from journals like Joule and Chem, and these articles are of similar quality to NC/AM/angew. There have been cases where a friend submitted a manuscript to CRPS after being rejected by Joule with three positives and one negative review. Another portion of articles comes from direct submissions, and the quality of these articles is also good, basically not lower than Small.
