Submit the manuscript in February 2025, send it for external review the next day, receive external review comments in about three weeks, four reviewers provide positive feedback, editor requests minor revisions to be completed within 5 days, which is a tight deadline. Although each reviewer's comments were not extensive, it still took a lot of time to make revisions. After the revisions were made, the manuscript was not sent for another round of review, and it was accepted a few days later. Overall, the experience was very positive, except for the high publication fee, which was nearly 20,000 RMB, and the unexpected change in the journal's ranking after publication. Despite these challenges, the manuscript met the graduation requirements, and I feel very lucky and grateful for the outcome.
