The rejection rate after submission for review is also quite high, right? I have submitted three papers to EES for review, and only this one was accepted. Of the other two papers that were rejected after submission to EES, one was accepted by JACS, and the other is currently undergoing four minor revisions at NC.

Hello, may I ask if there is a deadline for arguments? My submission was rejected by both reviewers on January 20, 2025, and I can tell they are not experts in my field.
