How long does it take for the boss to review it?

Does anyone know how long AE Recommends usually takes? It has been two weeks and my status hasn't changed.

The reviewers' information is not visible in the IEEE Transactions, but it seems that journals under Elsevier may reveal the reviewers' identities.

Submitted on 29th September 2024. In the old system, the status is still Awaiting Administrator Processing. However, in the new system, the status is Under Review on the day of submission. Do you know why the old system is always like this?

The paper I reviewed went through a total of three rounds, spanning a total of seven and a half months. The paper I submitted myself has already been in the first round of external review for four months.

After waiting for 10 months, it finally changed to AE Recommends. It's too slow, I don't know what the result will be, I can only wait and see. The cost of silence is really too high.
