On October 26th, two people accepted the invitation for review. One person completed the review quickly, and it is speculated that they were a reviewer with almost no modifications in the first round of review. The second person did not provide feedback on the review even after a month had passed.

On November 20th, a third person was sent for review, and on November 22nd, a fourth person was sent for review.

The fourth person accepted the invitation.

On December 6th, the review was completed, and revisions were made based on the feedback from two reviewers.

Update on the progress: Under the continuous sending of peer review invitations by the editors, the third reviewer finally accepted the review on August 23rd. 
In total, 30 reviewers were invited, with 3 accepting the review. The review was completed on September 24th, one month later. 
It seems that everyone received major revisions or minor revisions. My feedback only included one revision suggestion, without specifying whether it was minor or major. 
The feedback from the reviewers consisted of only 8 comments from 2 reviewers. It is confusing why 3 reviewers only provided 2 sets of feedback. 
Overall, the feedback for revisions is quite positive. One reviewer gave a very high evaluation, with changes mainly focusing on language and grammar. The feedback from the other reviewer was more general, but not overly critical and did not address technical issues. 
One month for revisions. 
It has been half a year, but fortunately, there has been some progress...

Friends who comment quickly are probably just exceptions. It has been 4 days and it's still "we". No matter which editor it is, being slow is the norm. In most cases, it's slow as hell!

Like the guy below, this journal is extremely "slow". It has been over three months and it is still under review. Other journals that others have submitted to have already gone through one round of revisions and resubmissions. It seems that only a very small number of comments below are faster.
