I personally feel that the requirements of Duke and Publ IHES are the highest, except for four traditional major journals (not considering the emerging journals Cambridge and Forum). Math Pi), higher than CPAM. The subject needs to be of great significance and originality needs to be more prominent. There are very few domestic scholars who can publish papers on it.
