This journal was my worst experience in submitting a high-quality article. After five months of the review process, I tried to contact the journal multiple times they told me that it is under review (obviously!). Finally, after 14 months of the review process, they sent us only five general comments to revise the manuscript, and two months later, they rejected the paper for no particular reason.

If you are 50 years old, please do not submit articles for publication, even if they are accepted, it is difficult to see them published before your retirement. If you are a resident doctor, you can submit articles to be promoted to professor. It takes at least three years for acceptance to publication! I have experienced this with three accepted articles!

The review process is super slow. Although my article was accepted, it took 10 months for the review. It will take another 1-2 years before it is officially published. The journal's impact factor is not high, but it is a well-recognized journal among peers
