Review speed: 6.0 Sharing experience: From submission to rejection, it took a whole six months. This is an extremely difficult journal. I sent two reminders in between, and each time the reply was: 'Wait a few more days'. On May 21, 2016, the official website stated: 'The first round of reviews will be sent to the authors in the next week'. I waited until July 21, when I received a rejection message. Two reviewers, one said the article was very good in terms of content and format, just a few minor changes needed. The other said the article did not explain clearly the clinical applications, with very sharp language. In fact, there were many clear explanations and explanations in the text. The editor blindly rejected it. Don't ever submit to this journal, don't ever submit to this journal, don't ever submit to this journal!

It took a full six months from submission to rejection. I am not impressed with this journal. I emailed the editor twice to inquire about the status of our article, and each time the editor stated that we would hear the decision “in a few days.” Finally, after 6 months, we had reviews from two reviewers. One said that the article was very good in terms of content and formatting, and provided only a few comments. Comparatively, the other reviewer said that the article had no clinical application. The reviewer's wording was unprofessional and the editor wouldn’t investigate the discrepancy. Reconsider submitting to this journal.
