I have not heard from them for three months, so I asked what was going on. They said they had invited over a dozen reviewers, but none of them agreed to review the manuscript. They asked me to recommend some reviewers myself.

I submitted the article in March, and it has been "with editor" for over five months now. Numerous reminders have been sent, but they have been ineffective. Can anyone provide a template for withdrawing the submission? I don't want to waste any more time on this.

The number of submissions has increased dramatically, and the quality of some articles is uneven. There is a tendency for some articles to be a bit superficial. If this trend continues, we will soon fall out of the top tier
