This journal is from Romanian, a quarterly journal, and it accepts about 12 articles in each issue. The impact factor is 0.775. The following are the process of the manuscript: 2020.1.9, submission; 2002.8.7, when I logged into the website, it displayed that the manuscript had been received, and format needed to be revised; After submission, on August 31 2020, the email of the acceptance of the manuscript was received, and 300 euros for the publication fee needed to be paid.
