However, I have made four rounds of revisions, with minor changes each time. But when submitting the revised manuscript, a new reviewer will be assigned, providing new opinions... In addition, this journal has now become an open access (OA) journal. The price is not expensive, currently 400 pounds or 600 US dollars, about 3,500 yuan (in 2017). After three months of complete trial data and re-written it, he was acceptd in January 2012 and officially published in July 2012. The whole process lasted for one and a half years.It should be said that the editor is still very responsible, but it seems to be a manpower problem, and the time is very long.
