This article was previously rejected when submitted to a domestic EI publication, and it was also rejected by the Australian Journal of Mechanical Engineering after translation. However, it was accepted by the Jordan (which is EI) after making some revisions. The feedback was relatively objective, and additional experiments were added later. In general, engineering technology in the mechanical field is generally required, but the review process takes quite a long time, so cautious submission is advised for those who are concerned about time.
