2024-05-30 10:18:46 評論於 Submitted to this journal twice, the first time with a paper related to real estate market efficiency, with two reviewers, one accepted and the other rejected. One reason for the rejection was that the reviewer had published this type of paper before and even cited his own publications in the review comments. After major revisions were made based on the editor's suggestions, the revised paper was sent back to the same reviewer (citing his paper) and it was still rejected, indicating possible discrimination against mainland scholars by the reviewer. The second submission was an analysis of the real estate market, with two reviewers. One accepted and the other reviewer made numerous unreasonable criticisms, with errors throughout the review comments that seemed like they were written by two different students, as the same point was mentioned twice with different numbering. After a major revision and point-by-point rebuttal addressing the errors in the review comments, the second round of review from the same reviewer showed inconsistency and unreasonable criticisms. A response was sent to the editor indicating the flaws in the reviewer's comments, and the paper was accepted(1) 讚! | langhu000000 |
