Suggestions:
1. The efficiency of this journal is really worrying. It took over 6 months from submission to acceptance. As a recent graduate, I took a gamble on my own plans.
2. The most frustrating part is the difficulty in finding reviewers. I was lucky to have 3 reviewers and eventually got accepted. Some authors may have the misfortune of having additional reviewers in the second or third round, leading to rejection, which is truly unlucky.
3. Everyone in our department has submitted to this journal 5 times, and I was the first to be accepted. To be honest, it doesn't matter how good your work is, it mainly depends on whether the editor likes it. If the editor likes it, the process of submission, finding reviewers, the number of reviewers, and acceptance are all much easier.

The current level of professionalism in handling manuscripts by this magazine is worrying, slow and unreliable. After submitting for half a day, we received two unclear opinions, and when we asked the editor, they said to resubmit. However, upon resubmission, it was instantly rejected.
