1.16 submitted to this journal, then on 1.29 it showed "under review". After two months with no feedback, I wrote a letter to inquire about the progress. They replied saying that only one reviewer was found, and 17 reviewers declined to review. Shortly after sending the letter, on 3.29 it showed "pending decision". Then, another month passed and on 4.27 I was about to write another letter inquiring, but before I could, in the morning of 4.28, I received the reviewer's comments. They requested major revisions and required resubmission before 7.6. However, the comments were from a single reviewer along with the associate editor's feedback
