Food Science and Human Wellness is an international peer-reviewed journal that provides a forum for the dissemination of the latest scientific results in food science, nutriology, immunology and cross-field research. Articles must present information that is novel, has high impact and interest, and is of high scientific quality. By their effort, it has been developed to promote the public awareness on diet, advocate healthy diet, reduce the harm caused by unreasonable dietary habit, and directs healthy food development for food industrial producers.

The second article accepted by this magazine, overall, the entire review process was very fast. Submitted on 26th of October, took a little over a month for revisions, returned on 21st of December 2023, and accepted on 12th of January 2024. However, the only drawback is that it took too long to be published

Submitted at the end of October, consulted with the editorial department in mid-January (through the contact of the submission system account, not the correspondence), and received major revisions by the end of January. I feel that it is helpful to push this journal a little. At that time, the reply was that one of the reviewers did not respond, so they were urged. The opinions given were very detailed and it felt like they were from experts in the field, greatly improving the manuscript. I hope it can be smoothly accepted after the revisions. The journal does lean towards nutrition, but they also review well in the field of food science and technology

In short, this journal has a very fast review speed. Submitted at the end of October, returned for revisions by the end of November with minimal revisions. The additional experiments required were two Molecular Docking experiments, with other minor issues. Due to delays related to applying for a nationally renowned course, the revision was not completed until December 20th, and accepted on January 8th. The article contains a substantial amount of data, including in vitro and animal experiments, focusing on the regulation of platelet function by bioactive substances

I submitted another paper recently, submitted on 26th October, and received the revision after a little over a month on 21st December 2023. It was accepted on 12th January 2024, still quite fast
