Food Science and Human Wellness is an international peer-reviewed journal that provides a forum for the dissemination of the latest scientific results in food science, nutriology, immunology and cross-field research. Articles must present information that is novel, has high impact and interest, and is of high scientific quality. By their effort, it has been developed to promote the public awareness on diet, advocate healthy diet, reduce the harm caused by unreasonable dietary habit, and directs healthy food development for food industrial producers.

Submitted at the end of August, feedback returned in early November, rejected. It was quite sad to see the rejection, but not so sad to see the reviewers' comments. It seems that the reviewers are not very familiar with some basic experiments, and their suggestions for revision are not very helpful. There are both in vivo and in vitro experiments in the direction of natural substances and neurological diseases, and the mechanisms are clear enough.

Five months should only be on the CNKI online, if you want to be included in the Web of Science, it will take about 2 years.

It seems like this is calculated based on the time of payment for acceptance or something. In my system, it shows that it was accepted in early March, but on the publication it says it was accepted at the end of March, and there is no proof. I don't understand.

I submitted in December of 23, accepted at the end of March, and published at the end of August, with a 5-month period from acceptance to publication.
