8.31 is still pending editor decision. I am in urgent need of it and have sent emails urging them as the academic editors are all on vacation. I am really frustrated with this journal. How can a open access journal like yours stop processing just because editors are on vacation? You have abandoned the only advantage of efficiency. Who would still submit to your journal? They even want to make money while doing nothing.
