Most of the comments were related to formatting issues, one reviewer requested citations from 3 of his papers, which were not relevant to the content. One reviewer questioned the clarity of the crystal data. Another requested discussing the reasons for the unsatisfactory results and directions for future improvements in the conclusion section. Although it felt like being a "licking dog" when responding to the reviewers' comments, fortunately, the paper was accepted directly a month after resubmission without further difficulties. Now the publication fee has increased to $1935, while the impact factor is still decreasing, making the value for money plummeting. Can I ask the experts who have experience in publishing, how long does it usually take from acceptance to publication? The email mentioned that the paper would be published within 48 hours after payment, is that true?
