Editor-in-chief Ludovic (Ludo) Dumee, PhD is very nice and processes manuscripts very quickly. Both times he made decisions immediately after receiving reviewers' comments! Moreover, he requested major revisions after the first rejection and minor revisions after the second round of review. I returned the revised manuscript at 2 am and received an acceptance at 10 am the same morning. 
I will definitely submit to this journal again in the future!
