2020.04 Submission;
Received minor revision notice in 2021.02, with a three-month revision period;
Submitted revised manuscript in 2021.03;
Received acceptance notice on 2021.10.14;
The review process of this journal is very slow, taking almost 2 years from submission to acceptance. Therefore, it is not recommended for those who are in a hurry to publish. In addition, the response time from the editors is also long. After sending a reminder letter, it takes about 2 months for the editors to reply. Overall, the efficiency of the journal seems to be quite low. The total number of articles published by the journal is also very few. The publication fee is said to be $250, which is not expensive, but the processing speed is slow.

Hello, may I ask if the $250 manuscript processing fee is required after the manuscript is accepted for review or if it is required as soon as the manuscript is submitted for review? Are there any publication fees? I noticed that this journal is an open-access journal.

It is a Q4 journal. The requirements for innovation are not very high, and Figures and Tables combined cannot exceed 5. It is relatively easy to be accepted. But the review process was too slow. The comments given by the two reviewers are basically linguistic issues. Let the professional organization polish them and we returned it for the second review. They recommended minor revision in two weeks. It was accepted in two days after minor revision. The processing fee of the manuscript was 250 dollars. It was published in two months after minor revision.
