After the editor urged, the expert who gave easy-to-implement suggestions rejected them, while the expert who gave difficult suggestions accepted them. The revised manuscript was submitted on September 20th, and so far there has been no news at all, as if it had sunk into the sea (that expert! If you want to reject, just reject it straightforwardly, instead of dragging it out and doing nothing. When the editor urges him, he just directly rejects it, really disgusting).
