After three months of initial review, there was no progress after three months of major revisions. I privately urged the editor, and from the tone of the response, it seems that they completely ignored the article for these three months and just left it in the system. After urging for another month, it was rejected. It seems like a group of dead people running a newspaper, not sure if they are just putting on airs or what they are doing.

Indeed a terrible magazine, extremely slow in speed, with a super arrogant attitude. The content published in it mainly consists of connections-related individuals, seeming to be a backyard journal of the magazine's editor-in-chief and editorial board. It reflects a low-quality nature.
