Yeah, although pof is quite trivial, it is currently top in the first district. If we can have more trivial articles, it would greatly benefit graduation and finding teaching positions.

Remember in 2015 APS DFD sent an email to all members, explaining that due to the discrepancy in the editorial team's philosophy with IOP, the editorial team of Physics of Fluids (most of the members) migrated as a whole and established Physical Review Fluids in 2016. Therefore, it can be said that PRF is essentially the new POF and continues the spirit of open innovation and inclusiveness of POF. The journal has high requirements for innovation, the editors are very friendly, and they are all top scholars in the academic field. This submission, with one reviewer, one major revision, and one minor revision, the reviewer's comments were very helpful to the article. It is a very good journal and editorial team. It took three months, mainly due to personal reasons, and overall, the submission experience was good.

The content of the article is about the oscillation of liquid inside a cylindrical container and the analysis of numerical combinations. The first round of review took a little over a month with two reviewers, and their feedback was very constructive. The second round of review was accepted directly. As a reviewer, it is required to provide feedback within four weeks, and overall, the review efficiency is very high.

The first review took 50 days, there were two reviewers, one minor revision, and one overhaul. The comments are very professional. After the revision, the two reviewers agreed to publish it and also made several new comments. After the minor revisions were submitted, the editor received it directly and did not send it to the reviewer. Overall, the PR series editing process is very efficient. Under normal circumstances, the first review takes about a month. As a new journal, PRF has great potential and has more promise than Physics of Fluids.
