This submission was a transfer from the previous submission to Optics and Laser Technology. The editor I encountered this time at JOLT was very irresponsible, dragging on for a month with the editor, and then directly rejecting it with very unprofessional and insufficient reasons, so I angrily transferred to JMRT, where I encountered Lawrence Murr as the editor-in-chief, which made me deeply impressed. He is also the editor-in-chief of JMST, with impeccable professionalism and very fast manuscript handling speed. As you can see from the timeline of the editorial work mentioned above, the work efficiency is indeed very high, but there were no reviewers willing to accept the manuscript for a long time, and even when they did, they did not submit their review comments. The chief editor had to send it three times before finally gathering enough review comments after more than two months, and it was accepted immediately after serious revisions.
I wish JMRT continued to improve and rise to a higher level soon, and return to the top level.
