The manuscript was submitted on April 3rd (the first AE took almost two months to review, probably didn't understand my paper, then switched to another AE).
The first review was completed on September 24th (I sent a reminder email after four months, and the AE said they would urge the reviewers. One month later, I received the review comments: both reviewers had positive feedback, suggesting to streamline the content and make some revisions to the figures, and finally the AE gave a major revision period of two months).
The revised manuscript was resubmitted on October 14th.
It was accepted on January 6th (a few days before acceptance, I sent a reminder email again, and the AE said the decision had been submitted, just wait for it).

The first review rejected the resubmission after three months, the first reviewer had no problem, the second reviewer had some minor issues, and the third reviewer suddenly said there was no innovation. The opinions were quite positive during the first review, but in the end, the editor rejected it. Rejected consecutively by TII, IOTJ, and TNSM, I don't know if I can get accepted before graduating with a master's degree.

2023.07 Rejection and resubmission. Five reviewers, one of whom harshly criticized the work and identified issues with the basic methodology. Half of the theoretical and experimental parts were almost completely rewritten during the revision process, making me want to tear my hair out, but the quality of the manuscript did indeed improve.

The comments from the three reviewers were quite general, mainly pointing out that there were missing references in the related work section, the baseline lacked state-of-the-art information, and one of the experimental datasets was not suitable. There were no comments on the method itself. I feel that the reviewers' comments were of limited help to me. Sigh

On October 2, 2023, the result of the first review came out, directly rejected.
There were only two reviewers, both of whom gave feedback for revisions, but the editor rejected it directly, in a very perfunctory manner!
It took a year to get the first review result, and no amount of pushing in between was effective. This trashy journal is blacklisted for life!
