Two reviewers recommended acceptance, one reviewer asked many detailed questions. The editor ultimately decided on rejection with resubmission (although I heard that resubmission after rejection = major revision, still feeling frustrated)
Submitted again on 26-Sep-2024, revised several times again due to formatting issues
Entered queue on 30-Sep-2024
Due to various holidays, the manuscript was under review for 5 months without any response
Contacted the staff on 10-Mar-2025 with an anxious heart (specifically on a workday)
The next day, the editorial assistant for the journal replied, indicating that they would contact the editor to expedite the review
On 13-Mar-2025, the status of the paper changed, and it was subsequently under review again
Acceptance on 16-Mar-2025 ???

Overall, the response time was fast. I probably forgot about the second review...
