After submitting the final article and transferring the copyright, did the journal send the author confirmation to all co-authors? Do all authors need to confirm before entering the early access status? One of my co-authors is a corporate employee, and it is difficult to contact them. Without confirmation, I am unsure if it will affect the progress.

Returned the reviewers' comments on March 7 and was rejected for resubmission. Two reviewers provided feedback, with the first reviewer giving 2 suggestions and the second reviewer giving 8 suggestions. The outcome was not too bad.

Submitted on December 17, 2024, accepted directly on January 17, 2025, without any revisions in between. The reviewers suggested minor changes, but the editor did not allow them, so nothing was changed. The final file was submitted on January 20, 2025. It could be found on IEEE Xplore on January 22, 2025, followed by notification for payment. It was published on March 3, 2025.
